communications, including demo requests, sales conversations, and privacy inquiries.
Customer product data is governed by separate service agreements, the Data Processing Addendum, and deployment-specific terms. This page does not describe customer code, review context, or other product-processing terms.

How we use information
We use personal information to:
- operate, maintain, and secure the marketing site;
- respond to demo requests, sales inquiries, and privacy requests;
- manage commercial conversations and related records;
- comply with legal, regulatory, contractual, and security obligations; and
- protect Autometric, our users, and others from fraud, abuse, or misuse.
How we disclose information
We may disclose personal information to:
- hosting and infrastructure providers that help us deliver the site;
- email, calendar, communications, and similar service providers that support business operations;
- professional advisers such as lawyers, auditors, and insurers where needed;
- government authorities, regulators, or law enforcement when required by law or legal process; and
- counterparties and advisers involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or similar transaction.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use this marketing site to share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies, browser storage, and online tracking
This marketing site currently uses browser storage to remember your theme preference on your device. The site may also rely on essential hosting and server logging needed to deliver pages, detect abuse, and maintain security.
We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising pixels on this marketing site. If that changes, we will update this policy and any required notices.
Do Not Track / GPC
Some browsers send Do Not Track signals, and some browser or device tools send a Global Privacy Control (GPC)
signal. This site does not currently change its behavior in response to those signals. Because this marketing site does
not sell or share personal information or use targeted advertising, GPC does not trigger a separate site-specific opt-out
flow at this time.
Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including security, recordkeeping, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and legitimate business operations. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the context in which it was collected.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
Autometric operates from the United States and may process information in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have data-protection laws that differ from the laws where you live. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. Those rights are not absolute and may depend on the nature of your relationship with us and the law that applies.
U.S. state privacy rights
If applicable U.S. state privacy law applies to your information, you may have the right to request access to, deletion of, correction of, or a copy of certain personal information, and you may have the right to appeal a denied request. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your privacy rights.
Autometric does not sell personal information and does not share personal information from this marketing site for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.
EEA, UK, and Switzerland rights
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or request portability of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where we rely on consent.
For this marketing site and related business communications, we generally rely on the following legal bases:
- legitimate interests, such as operating and securing the site and managing ordinary business communications;
- steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, such as responding to a demo request or commercial inquiry;
- compliance with legal obligations; and
- consent, where we separately ask for it.
You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
How to exercise rights
To make a privacy request, email privacy@autometric.ai. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity
before acting on a request. Authorized agents may be asked to provide proof of authority and information needed to verify
the relevant person.
Children
This marketing site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from
children under 13 through this site. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact
privacy@autometric.ai so we can review and delete it if appropriate.
Third-party links and services
This site may link to third-party services such as documentation pages, app signup flows, trust-center pages, booking tools, or other external sites. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy notices, and we are not responsible for their practices.
