Data Processing Addendum

Scope

This Data Processing Addendum describes the baseline data-processing relationship between Autometric and customers that use the service to review, analyze, govern software changes, and process linked task or ticket context.

Roles

The customer acts as controller for personal data included in customer content. Autometric acts as processor or service provider to the extent required to operate the service.

Instructions

Autometric processes customer content only on documented customer instructions, as reflected in the applicable agreement, service configuration, and support requests.

Security measures

Autometric maintains technical and organizational controls designed for confidentiality, integrity, availability, and tenant isolation. Additional deployment-specific controls may apply for VPC, on-prem, or air-gapped environments.

Sub-processors

Authorized sub-processors are listed on the Autometric sub-processor page. Customers may monitor that list for material changes.

Regional terms

Regional transfer and privacy requirements, including SCCs or equivalent addenda, are handled in the final executed DPA.
